Booking with Arwen Natalie Photos is meant to feel easy and personal from the very beginning. I’ll help you with locations, outfits, and all the little details so you never feel like you have to figure it out alone.
When it’s time for your session, you don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll guide you the whole way with simple prompts that help everything feel natural. You can laugh, move, be close, and just enjoy the moment.
What sets me apart is how much I care about the experience, not just the final photos. I want you to feel comfortable, seen, and completely yourself. My goal is to create photos that feel like you and bring you back to this season of your life every time you look at them.

01. What is required to reserve my date?
To officially reserve your date, you’ll need to sign the contract and pay a 25% retainer. Don’t worry—the retainer goes toward your final total. It is not an extra fee. Once both are completed, your date is officially yours!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! I would love to travel with you. Travel fees (think transportation, lodging, etc) may apply depending on the location, so reach out with your wedding details and I’ll send you a personalized quote.
03. What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?
That’s completely okay! Most people feel a little awkward at first. I’ll guide you with simple prompts and natural movement, so you never have to wonder what to do. My goal is to help you relax, have fun, and feel like yourself.
04. How do we choose a location?
I’ll help you choose a location that fits the look and feeling you want. After booking, you’ll receive a location guide with some of my favorite spots. We can also talk through your ideas and find somewhere that feels meaningful and true to you.
